Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the Date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a REFUND.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines or any gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases if any.

To complete your return, we require a Proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, where it was shipped from.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your REFUND will be processed, and you will automatically recieve a personal coupon code with a value of your returned item. The personal coupon CODE Must be used in 12 months since date of confirmation.

EXAMPLE:

” You return to Us an Item you bought for 29.99 EUR , on Which you ask REFUND. After recieving the returned Item You Will recieve a confirmation E-mail from Us containing your personal Coupon Code with Charged value of: 29.99 EUR.

Your Recieved Personal Coupon CODE will have 29.99 EUR of credit to use on all products on amonhorus.comINCLUDING on sale products. “

if you still haven’t received the confirmation E-mail, log in and restart your email inbox and check again.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with aplied Coupon cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer Exchanges.

To be eligible for Refund the item must be returned by strictly following the instructions we will provide You in Our Confirmation E-mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach Us may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
